| New Allied Waste Trash Service rates |

The Northaven Gardens HOA has worked a new 3 year contract with Allied Waste, below are the new rates:
*Service Cost per month per household
Trash Weekly Refuse collection, curbside with one 35, 65 or 95 gallon cart - $12.00
*Recycle Weekly Recycle collection, curbside with a 65 gallon cart - $2.00
*Yard Waste (option)
Subscription Only
Weekly Yard Waste collection during the months of April – December. Limited to 10 bags or bundles.
$12.00/ month for April – December
(There is a Fuel/ Environmental fee not to exceed 7% over the next 3 years)
Several homes have already received Trash and/or Recycling containers in error.
To rectify this issue please send us an email via the web or you can contact Allied Waste directly @ 816-254-1470, to retrieve your unwanted container.

Register now on our web site to be informed and notified of all upcoming events and to have access to all of the restricted areas (blocked from the public who are not members of our Homeowners Association).
